For someone who used to – ok, still does – consume sci-fi books it’s nice and sometimes scary [think Richard Morgan - Altered Carbon for scary] to see most of the technology actually happening or to think that it could.

i had some book tokens for christmas ( thank you thank you ) , so i bought Tracey Emins’ book because i wanted to read it, and it was half-price
some bits of it were like little jewels, they flashed and glittered on the page, and made me glad i’d read it
most bits though, were complete and utter bollocks
